It’s a simple and rewarding way to turn your transfers and tours into valuable miles while enjoying premium, reliable chauffeur services from the moment you land.

  1. Members will earn 1 Asia Mile for every AUD $1 spent on eligible services with R Ally’s Tours & Transfers.
  2. To qualify for Asia Miles, members must provide a valid Asia Miles membership number at the time of booking or before the journey is completed.
  3. Asia Miles can only be earned on bookings made directly with R Ally’s Tours & Transfers through our website, client portal, reservations team, authorised corporate booking channels, hotel concierge partners, or approved travel partners.
  4. Asia Miles are awarded only on the eligible transportation fare for completed journeys. Additional charges such as cancellation fees, no-show fees, administration fees, gratuities, and other non-transport related charges do not qualify for Asia Miles.
  5. Asia Miles can only be earned by the passenger travelling on the booking. The name on the booking must match the name on the registered Cathay membership account.
  6. Asia Miles may only be claimed once per completed booking and cannot be transferred between members.
    Only completed and fully paid journeys are eligible to earn Asia Miles.
  7. Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with any gift with purchase, promotional offer, discount, voucher, complimentary service, loyalty program, or other special offer, unless otherwise specified by R Ally’s Tours & Transfers.
  8. Asia Miles cannot be earned on cancelled, returned, refunded, complimentary, disputed, or fraudulent bookings.
    Members are responsible for ensuring their Asia Miles membership number is correctly provided at the time of booking. Retroactive claims may be declined if sufficient booking information is not available.
  9. Asia Miles will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the journey has been completed and paid in full.
  10. Claims for missing Asia Miles must be submitted within 180 days of the completed journey date.
  11. To claim missing Asia Miles, members may be required to provide a booking confirmation, tax invoice, or other proof of travel.
  12. R Ally’s Tours & Transfers reserves the right to verify all bookings, payment details, and travel information before awarding Asia Miles.
    Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and R Ally’s Tours & Transfers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  13. In the event of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and R Ally’s Tours & Transfers reserve the right to make the final decision.

  1. The offer of up to 10% off R Ally’s Tours & Transfers standard rates is valid Australia-wide on eligible transfers.
  2. The discount applies to chauffeured transfers, including weekend, daily, and weekly rates.
  3. All discounted rates are subject to mandatory surcharges where applicable.
  4. A minimum advance booking period of 2 hours applies.
  5. The offer is valid across all vehicle categories, subject to availability at the time of booking.
  6. Offer restrictions may apply during peak periods or in certain locations.
  7. Prices are subject to seasonal and location-based variations.
  8. To qualify for the discount, reservations must be made by selecting the Cathay Business tier under Customer Type.
  9. Members must have their Cathay Membership number available at the time of booking.
  10. Customers must meet R Ally’s Tours & Transfers standard booking requirements.
  11. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special offer, unless otherwise stated on this website.
