Yes. We track every flight live, so if you land early or late your chauffeur adjusts and is there when you walk out. No need to call us.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Waiting is free for 60 minutes after international flights land and 30 minutes after domestic flights, so you've got time for bags and customs.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. You get a fixed price when you book with no surge pricing, even on Friday nights, public holidays or in the rain. Tolls and parking are shown up front in your quote.
Which cities do you cover?
Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Cairns and Darwin, 24/7. Call 1800 RALLYS (1800 725 597) for anywhere else.
Can you move big groups?
Absolutely. We have 10 to 18 seat Sprinter minibuses, a 22 seat midi coach and coaches for up to 55 passengers, all with a professional driver.
Do you provide baby and child seats?
Yes. Tell us your kids' ages when you book and we'll fit the right capsule, child seat or booster before pickup.
Are your drivers police checked?
Yes. All our chauffeurs are accredited, police checked and insured, and they're trained to look after you like family.
Do you offer NDIS transport?
Yes. We provide NDIS transport for appointments, work and community outings with patient, friendly drivers. Call 1800 RALLYS to talk about your needs.
Can I set up a corporate account?
Yes. Corporate accounts get priority booking, monthly invoicing and discreet chauffeurs for executives and clients.
