This service is free for new UQ students arriving in Australia for the first time. Rally's Tours and Transfers provides dedicated airport pickup for new international students at The University of Queensland. (Under 18 Yrs)

Because airport travel should not feel uncertain.
Airport Pick-Up Information:
- Registration Requirement: Please register for the airport pick-up at least 24 hours before your arrival in Brisbane.
- CAAW Requirement: As you are under 18, a Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) document is required for this booking.
- Luggage Allowance: You may bring up to two suitcases and one carry-on item free of charge. Each additional suitcase will incur a fee of AUD$20, payable directly to the driver.
- Additional Passengers: If any additional passengers accompany you, such as a parent or guardian, there will be an extra charge of AUD$20 per person and AUD$20 per piece of luggage, payable directly to the driver.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and credit cards, all payable at the time of pick-up.
- Changes to Your Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking, please resubmit the form with the updated details, or email us at UQstudents@rallys.com.au.
