Airport Pick-Up Information:

Registration Requirement: Please register for the airport pick-up at least 24 hours before your arrival in Brisbane.
Luggage Allowance: You may bring up to two suitcases and one carry-on item free of charge. Each additional suitcase will incur a fee of AUD$20, payable directly to the driver.
Additional Passengers: If any additional passengers (who are not new UQ international students) accompany you, there will be an extra charge of AUD$20 per person and AUD$20 per piece of luggage, payable directly to the driver.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and credit cards, all payable at the time of pick-up.
Changes to Your Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking, please resubmit the form with the updated details, or email us at UQstudents@rallys.com.au

Flight Arrival Date *

The driver will wait to allow you time for immigration, luggage collection and customs. The driver will also be aware of any flight delays and the time that your plane has touched down. You'll have time to use the restroom, but our driver is not able to wait for you to complete shopping, purchase mobile phones, etc.

Additional Passengers *Will you have a travel companion in the car who is not a commencing UQ international student, such as a parent, guardian, friend, or current UQ student? Please note there is an AUD$20 fee for each additional passenger, payable directly to the driver.

Additional luggage *You are allowed to bring two suitcases and one carry-on item free of charge as a new UQ student. Please inform us if anyone in your group will have extra suitcases, as each additional suitcase will incur a fee of AUD$20, payable directly to the driver.

Destination Address *This must be a physical street address along with the building/apartment/house name if there is any. Please make sure you enter accurate address as we cannot make multiple stops. The driver will only drop you off at the address entered below.
